Energy Systems
Miss Wilson’s Unit 3 & 4 PE class have been learning all about the 'Energy Systems' and how they work to contribute to energy production during exercise.
This is a vital component of both the Unit 1 & 2 and 3 & 4 VCE PE course. Students are also introduced to this topic in Year 10 Fitness for Me and Sport Science.
Lunchtime Activities - Premier's Active April 2016
The focus for April is ‘move more’. This is a great opportunity for students to become more involved in regular physical activity and improve their overall health.
Premier’s Active April is part of the Victorian Government’s commitment to promote healthy and active lifestyles and get Victorians to join in the fun of increased physical activity.
Any student who would like to register for the Premier's Active April can find out more information in Lunchtime Activities – held each Tuesday and Thursday in Room 32.
In 2015, over 100,000 Victorians participated in PREMIER’S ACTIVE APRIL and enjoyed the benefits that come from increased physical activity.
This April, step up the amount of physical activity in your life and get more active, more often. All it takes is 30 minutes of physical activity a day during April.
Just by REGISTERING to take part in the Premier's Active April 2016 you will receive;

Ultimate Frisbee Thursdays
