Year 8 Language Festival

On Wednesday, 30 October, our Year 8 students showcased their language learning at the Year 8 Language Festival.  The evening began with French, Japanese and Italian treats on the front lawn, before moving into the Chapel.  Two students from each class hosted the evening as MCs, introducing a range of songs, poems, speeches and films by the students that highlighted our students’ creativity, performance skills and love of languages.  Parents and students alike really enjoyed the creative efforts of our students, the hard work that they put in to learn their lines, and especially the beautiful singing.
