Skills Workshop
Year 10 students will attend a presentation and have the opportunity to learn about vocational education and gather industry information presented by a keynote speaker and various industry representatives. Students will then be divided up into smaller groups and rotate around the school participating in various interactive workshops delivered by VET students, industry representatives, school and TAFE VET teachers. The interactive workshops will give students the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding about Vocational Education, skills and knowledge required for future pathways and career options.
Congratulations
to Emily Ray for securing a school based traineeship with Galloway Children’s Centre.

Emerging Artist
Congratulations to Darcy Barker who hosted his first (and definitely not his last) solo art exhibition, ‘The Unseen Work’ recently. It was a fantastic showcase of his HSC pieces, which included ‘Maxo Kream’ which was a finalist in the recent Let’s Hang It competition. Keep an eye out for this budding young artist.
