Lawn bowls 

As part of Year 9/10 Sports for Life students continue to explore what our community has to offer to support an active lifestyle. 

Over the past two weeks, we have been learning the history and rules of lawn bowls in the classroom, as well as practising the skills of the game at the Beaufort Lawn Bowls Club. 

With the help of club members, who took the time to work with our students and coach them during our sessions, all students picked up the game of lawn bowls. 

The class thoroughly enjoyed their sessions. We want to extend our thanks to each of the club members who assisted us.
