The Cecil Voice - Episode 1

It is so important to have a student voice platform like The Cecil Voice at our school because it is such a great opportunity to connect with the spirit of our school and the wider community. It is such a creative way to immerse the student body in school affairs beyond the classroom and make us feel heard.

I am so proud and thrilled to have had the opportunity to sit with one of our captains, Jazmyn Rizzuti, and one of our year advisers for the inaugural episode of The Cecil Voice to explore the theme of time and transition. Jazmyn and I would like to thank Mr Morgan Howard for being so generous with his time, stories, and life advice. Our interview with Mr Howard was great to be a part of and I am really looking forward to being a part of more episodes in the future!

It would really be amazing to see The Cecil Voice podcast evolve into a regular part of Cecil life for years to come. I hope to see this initiative continue grow to involve more students across various year groups, explore topics that concerns students, and feature interviews and discussions involving people who are interesting and would add value to our schooling experience.

On behalf of everyone involved in making the The Cecil Voice a reality, we sincerely hope that you enjoy this episode:
