Leadership by the Cowpasture

I volunteered to go with Cavaldi to the 2023 Leadership by the Cowpasture Conference and it was a memorable experience. 

It was our responsibility to explain to other primary school students the value of leadership and what it meant to them and others. 

We collaborated together to develop an action plan that can assist in bringing about positive change at other schools. 

This experience has taught us both new skills while also emphasising the value of leadership and what makes a successful leader.  

We are excited to return for the second day and see how everyone has made a change for their school.
