DUX Ceremony

This ceremony is the school’s public recognition and acknowledgement of the 2022 outstanding HSC and ATAR results, and the Dux of the school. Every student receiving an award bares testimony to the value and achievements earned from six years of secondary education at Glen Innes High School. The school is very proud of all award recipients.

We would like to especially thank all the guests who gave up their precious time to attend. 

Glen Innes High School would like to acknowledge the sponsor of the Dux ceremony: the Glen Innes and District Services Club who very generously sponsor these awards. Their ongoing commitment to supporting the students of Glen Innes High School is greatly appreciated.

In 2022, five students achieved Band 6 - these are given to students who score 90% or above in their individual HSC examinations.

Based on their ATAR (Australian Tertiary Admission Rank), the following students were the three top-ranked students at Glen Innes High School for 2022:

Third in the 2022 HSC with an ATAR of 90.55 – THOMAS LOCKYER

Second in the 2022 HSC with an ATAR of 93.45 – ISABELLE WRIGHT

Dux of 2022 with an ATAR of 93.85 – ALEXANDER WOODS
