Student Wellbeing

"THE BEAUTIFUL THING ABOUT LEARNING IS THAT NO ONE CAN TAKE IT AWAY FROM YOU" - B.B KING

We have had a fantastic start to the year with smiling faces entering our classroom each day. The connection our students have to their teacher and to the Greenhills community allows them to be happy learners and we know that happy learners are successful learners.

This year with the Assistant Principal roles we will be continuing our strong emphasis on student health and wellbeing. Evidence has shown that this has one of the greatest impacts on student learning, therefore as a school student wellbeing is at the centre of what we do. Throughout the year we will use Contact to keep you up to date with the current strategies we will be using to have a positive impact on student health and wellbeing and also some strategies that you can use at home.

We acknowledge the start of a new school year can be a real challenge for some students. If you're having any concerns about your child’s mental health and wellbeing, please contact us.
