Souvlaki anyone?

Working in groups of four, the Year 10 Food Technology class  made the souvlakis from scratch including the pita, tzatziki and marinating their chicken.

It was pure and beautiful organised chaos and spectacular to be back in the kitchen with students after a year of being in and out of learning remotely.
