Health and PE Week 2021 

The first week of September marked a wonderful virtual Health and PE week for 2021. From the Sport captains, PE team and I, we would love to extend our thanks to all students that were able to get involved in the activities throughout the week. Students enjoyed participating in seven different HPE challenges, physical activity virtual sessions and various guest presenters that included a VIS netballer Rahni Samason and health psychologist Dr. Moira Junge who spoke about the importance sleep and mediation. The aim of the week was to increase physical activity levels and enjoy engaging in healthy habits through several mindfulness and wellbeing activities. Students also had the opportunity to win prizes and house points. A big congratulations to our winning participants and we will ensure that Health and PE week in 2022 will be bigger and better than ever.
