Junior School

Welcome back!

A very warm welcome back to a new term in the Junior School at St Patrick’s College. For some of you, this term brings you towards the end of your first year at the College; for some, it is closer to the end of your time in the Junior School and the exciting new beginning that high school represents. For some families, this is the last of several trips through the Junior School as your youngest son completes this important step on his life’s journey. Whichever of these descriptions fits (or indeed, perhaps another would fit even better) I pray that this term we will be able to work together to do the best we can by your son, and help him emerge from what has at times been a difficult year a stronger, kinder, more compassionate and resilient young man than ever.

Invitation to a Parent Information Evening and Q&A

Mindful that this has been a somewhat strange year and we have not had many of the opportunities for interaction and connection we normally would have enjoyed, the Junior School staff thought it might be helpful to families to host an optional information night and Q&A with parents. We will talk about what to expect in Term 4, returning to face-to-face learning, assessment and reporting, and respond to any questions you provide ahead of time. We hope to see you online next Tuesday evening!
