From the Office

Dear Families,

We welcome Susan Deacon this month.  Susan is acting centre manager while Michelle focuses on higher duties at this time.  Some of you may already know Susan from the OSCH program at John Henry Primary School.  Please pop in to the office and make yourself known.  Susan is looking forward to getting to know all the families here. 

You might have noticed a few new educators around the centre. Brianha, Codie and Jade are the new educators here at our Pakenham YMCA centre. They are currently studying their certificate 111 in early childhood and bring lots of fun and enthusiasm to the program.  Brianha is working alongside Sophie in the Prekinder room. Codie is working alongside Raman in the Junior Toddler room.  Jade is currently working across all rooms.  

Summer is finally on it's way, the children have been enjoying spending time outside, so please remember to pack a sun hat for your child each day.

If you haven't already please let us know if you require a 4 year old kinder place for next year. Kinder places will be allocated shortly, preference will go to the children currently attending the centre, any remaining places will go to families on our waiting list.

The photographer came Friday 1st November.  The children were excited, some were shy and others were very eager to get their picture taken.  We will let families know as soon as the photographs arrive for purchase.
