Year 10 and 11 Exams

The Year 10 and 11 examination period is fast approaching. Exams will take place from Friday 4 June to Friday 11 June 2021 taking in Wednesday 9 June 2021 (GAT - for all students undertaking a Year 12 subject / Student Free Day for other students). The exam process is highly valuable in developing skills to prepare students for major assessment components in Year 12 and the exam results act as a guide for determining subject suitability for 2022.

AEL and VCAL classes will run as normal.

It is important that students know when each of their exams are scheduled and that they meet at the designated spot at least 10 minutes prior to the start of each exam.

Students have some flexibility in regards to their time at school over the exam period. Please log into Operoo to give permission for your child to come to school only for scheduled exams. It is expected that students who have permission to leave school will be returning home to prepare and study for other exams. For those students without permission to leave, private study can be undertaken in the spaces designated.

Year 10 and 11 students may wear casual clothes for the examination period. They will need to have their exam materials and stationary in a plastic pocket and use a clear plastic water bottle, if required. Students will not be able to leave the exam room early, and therefore it is imperative they use the time allocated effectively to complete each exam to the best of their ability.

We hope that students prepare well for these important exams.
