ICT Agreement 2021
Each year the school sends out a copy of the ICT User Agreement to all families to read and sign with their children. This was sent out via Operoo at the beginning of the year. The students are expected to continue following this agreement throughout the year. The following is a version the senior students have up in their classrooms.
Please remember that the Federal Government has a Cyber Safety Website that has up to date resources for schools, parents and students.
When I use my iPad or any other device, I promise to stay safe and responsible:
- I will keep my device charged at all times.
- I will move safely when using my device.
- I will follow teacher directions when using my device.
- I will use respectful language when I use my device.
- I will not take photos or videos of other people unless I have permission.
- I will not send emails or messages on my device unless I have permission from my teacher.
- I will not give out my personal details on the internet.
- I will only search for things on the internet if my teacher has given me a specific website or app to use.
- I will put my device away in the trolley each afternoon.
- If I am unsure if something is safe, I will ask my teacher or another adult.
