World Challenge

Trivia Night

94 more days until we depart on our World Challenge Expedition!!!

The girls have been meeting every week now to prepare for the Trivia Night on Friday 6 September. They have been creating the questions, answer sheets, the famous faces page and planning the games that will be played on the night.

There appear to be many things to do in the lead up to our departure day: scanning passports, vaccinations, Visa application forms for Cambodia and Vietnam and sourcing appropriate resources from family and friends to keep the costs down. The girls continue to fundraise to make their dream a reality.

Everybody is welcome to come along to the Trivia Night. We have just received a Richmond Football Jumper from the Indigenous Round. The Richmond Guernsey was designed by Daniel Rioli and his parents. The Pukumani pole that the Turtle sits on in the special Guernsey represents Daniel’s people, the people of the Tiwi Islands, and the bird atop the pole is native to Tiwi, appearing proudly on the flag. “The spears on the reverse are similar to those my friends and I used to go hunting with and traditionally into battle, they represent men and power” (Daniel Rioli).

This will part of the “Live Auction Items” at the Trivia Night. All are welcome to bid on this item.

For tickets please follow the link below via Try Booking. https://www.trybooking.com/BDPDU
