3CR Podcast Excursion

"Over the space of 5 weeks, the grade 3-6 students have been a part of a program called the 'Student Podcast Competition', in which they create their own podcast. So far, the students have learnt what a podcast is, have begun formulating their own show plans, and are in the process of recording and finding the sounds and music to eventually have their own 5 minute podcast to present to the community. 

Teaching students at this age how to make their own podcast is an Australian first trial, as so far has been a great success. The student with the best podcast in every class will also have a chance to record their podcast at the 3CR studio in Fitzroy. Within the next few weeks, we will showcase the work of the students for the community to see."
