Winter Sport is off and running this term, see results from round 2 & 3 below:

House Cross Country

What an incredible day we had for our first ever Whole School House Cross Country! It was so great to see all our students putting the running skills and strategies learnt during PE into practice. Our students challenged themselves to push their hardest to finish a challenging course. A huge thanks to all the parents who helped out with marshaling, running, setting up and packing up. We loved having your support and seeing parents back engaging in our school events. A huge thanks to Brad for his assistance leading into the event with planning courses and maps.

The final results for the day:

District Cross Country

Congratulations to all our students who finished top 10 in the House Cross Country and qualified for the district competition. They competed on Wednesday and did a wonderful job representing Holy Spirit. There were some very talented runners with our very own students finishing in the Top 10 with the very best!

Huge congratulations to Harrison T (1st) and Zach B (7th) who qualified for the Division 11 Boys Event which will be held at Yarra Glen Race Course. Special mention to Gabby B and Elise M for finishing 11th and 12th and will be emergencies for the 11 Girls Event if a top 10 student is unable to compete.

Well done everyone who competed!

Bread Bags for Sport Equipment!

Don't forget we have signed up to be part of the Wonder Recycling Rewards program. This is a fun and easy program created to collect and recycle bread bags at school. Once collected, Wonder is going to turn the plastic into wonderful things like school play equipment!

As a registered school, our recycling efforts will earn us rewards points to redeem new sports equipment from RHSports.

There is a collection box outside the office for your bread bags. Remember we are just collecting bags not the bread tags!

Please note all bread bags are able to be recycled via this program, not just Wonder branded bags!

Keep Active!
