Attendance

At the end of Term 2, we noticed that some students have attendance rates below 90%. We know that consistent attendance is crucial for our students' academic success, therefore, we are setting a goal of achieving 90 percent or over for all our students in Term 3. Regular school attendance enhances learning opportunities, builds relationships, develops accountability and responsibility, and establishes a healthy routine. We kindly request your support in prioritising attendance, communicating absences, encouraging a positive attitude, and celebrating your child's commitment to attending school. Together, we can create an environment that inspires our students to be present, engaged, and enthusiastic learners.

Attendance Reminders

If your child is absent from school for any reason, please let us know via email or by phoning the school. We will send out an SMS message to parents of any student who is marked absent unexplained at approximately 11.00am each day.  You can respond directly to this message and we can update the roll accordingly.

Please note: It is part of our duty of care to follow up unexplained absences. Please remember to let us know if your details change as it is so important that we have all current phone numbers and email addresses on our system so we can contact you as required.

Have a great fortnight!
