1H | Will Davies | A Love of Learning | Will has demonstrated confidence in understanding the different strategies used to solve addition problems. During our Year 1 Number scavenger Hunt, Will was able to choose the best strategy to find the answer in the quickest time. He then worked with his partner to locate the correct answer around the school. Will should be very proud of his achievements, keep up the fantastic work. |
1J | Wolfie Moncrieff | Kindness | Starting Term 3, Wolfie has encouraged and motivated his classmates both in and out of the classroom. He has been an exemplary friend and has shown his kindness throughout this week. Keep up the great work Wolfie!

He strives to complete his homework quickly and diligently every week and always puts on his best with class tasks. 3M | Ben has shown excellent improvement in both his attitude towards learning and in how he tackles new challenges. Last week Ben enthusiastically researched our information topic ‘Storms’, collecting interesting facts, before constructing his information report. He also included other key features such as subheadings and a diagram to further enhance his work. Well done Ben! | ||

4H | Tom McManus | Love of Learning | Tom was a vocabulary star in our classroom novel study quiz last week! He demonstrated excellent recall of complex vocabulary and shared his knowledge with the class. Great work, Tom. |
4H | Greta Sutherland | Perserverance | Greta takes care to add personality to her writing and is not deterred when her first attempt requires amending. She takes on feedback with a great attitude and is always willing to improve. Congratulations on receiving this award, Greta. |
5L | Issy Abley | Kindness | We love having Issy in 5L! She consistently shows kindness to her peers and is inclusive of everyone. This has been particularly evident since our new International students have joined us this term. Issy has taken the time to get to know our new friends and is happy to help wherever she can. 5T | Saskia Maltarollo | Creativity/A Love of Learning | Saskia demonstrated excellent creativity and skill in Writing this week when writing a rap. She demonstrated focus, attention to metre, pace, rhyming and writer’s voice when writing her rap. Keep up the wonderful work Saskia! You’re a writing super star!
