Cyber Safety Information Evening 

Raising Kids in the Digital World Parent Night

Dear DPS Parents and Doncaster Community

We are excited to announce our upcoming Parent Night Session on Raising Kids in the Digital World. 

In today's world, it is important to understand how to keep our children safe online. The session will cover topics such as:

• the dangers of social media
• cyberbullying
• impacts of screen time
• online gaming 
• child and tween online trends
• how to monitor your child's online activity
• strengthening family communication

We encourage all parents to attend this informative session. It will be held on Thursday 24th August at 6pm at Doncaster Primary School. This is a gold coin donation, 90 minute presentation for parents and carers only. 

The two presenters from Inform and Empower are Martin McGauran (teacher and digital safety educator) and 

Carley McGauran (psychologist and parent).  Register to come along at bit.ly/doncasterps2023 and you will also gain access to all the free resources. This event is also open to our community so please bring along your friends.
