Coding Club Kicks Off

This term students have been invited to join Mr Griffith and Mr Mooney every second Tuesday lunchtime for Coding Club. This is one of a range of lunchtime clubs that have been launched this term.

We have seen students from Year 1 to Year 6 wonderfully engaged in learning skills in block coding. The students are using Tynker which provides self guided step by step tutorial which range from very basic to quite advanced.

It has been wonderful to see the students working together and in particular, a number of our very knowledgeable senior students acting as mentors for the younger and less experienced students.

We look forward to the continued participation and growth of the students taking up this optional extra-curricula activity.
