Principal's Report

Dear Families,

Thank you to all who attended the Student-led Conference, I was lucky enough to be a part of a few of them and your children did an amazing job show casing their Semester One learning! Please congratulate your child/ren again on their efforts.

We also had another successful year with the Book Fair! We raised nearly $1300. The money raised will go toward purchasing resources for the library. Our Cadbury Fundraiser was also a great success, raising $3400. This money was used to purchase two outdoor settings for the undercover area. It is great to see students using these to eat, chat and create on.

A big thank you to all families for supporting these fundraisers.

We are in our second week of the Year 3/4 CLUBS. We have everything from cooking, dancing and gardening happening. Thank you to all those who have volunteered their time to work with our students. They are really enjoying the time and activities you have created for them.

In Foundation today, students welcomed their grandparents into the school. It was great to see everyone working together on the different tasks organised by the team.

Here at BNPS, we want to work with our families in a positive and productive way. If you have any concerns or complaints, there is a process to be followed. For this process, please see the parent concerns page. We also ask that when communicating these concerns and complaints that you do so in an appropriate, respectful and constructive manner.

In the coming weeks, we will be celebrating 100 days of Foundation, the Year 5/6 basketball tournament, Book Week dress up day. I also want to remind everyone that we have assembly at 2:45pm, every second Friday. If you can, please come along and celebrate with us.

Stay Warm!
