Big congratulations to our Junior girls - Viginia Daly, Olivia Ouchirenko, Lexie Jackson and Shayla Smith, who after a massive day of hard fought and quality competition came 3rd in the State Junior 3x3 finals.

Big shoutout to the Junior Boys and other Junior Girls team who played 16 rounds and showed great teamwork, sportsmanship and determination.

3x3 Intermediate Basketball

The two intermediate boys' teams impressed the State Basketball Centre as they were the only school with two teams in the final 8! The bottom age side finished 6th and the top age side (minus Riley Morehu who was unwell) took home bronze against the prestigious opposition.

Well done to everyone who represented Lowanna College. All students showed perseverance, a will to win and great sportsmanship!

Intermediate and Senior Basketball

Intermediate basketball was not only a great opportunity to showcase our school and our amazing facilities, but allowed many of our staff and students to watch the sportsmanship and camaraderie displayed by our intermediate players! Congratulations to our Intermediate Boys and Girls, as well as our Senior Girls who have made it through to the Gippsland Round in late August!
