It’s Term 1, 2022 and by now we are all really good at sanitising our hands and QR code check ins and rapid antigen testing. Lately we have learnt to expect the unexpected. While we are starting with caution at the beginning of Term 1 by postponing large gatherings, we hope to still encourage contact between parents and carers. This will be particularly important for any family starting at the school in the past two years where opportunities to meet other families have been scarcer than toilet paper in a pandemic!

We will shortly have contact lists available for each Year Group to help you reach out to fellow parents and carers in a COVID-safe way. These lists will be available from the Year Group Representative volunteers once everyone has had an opportunity to complete the form. Please follow the link if you would like to share your contact details with other consenting families in your child/children’s Year Group.

Next Meeting

There is a P&F meeting at 7pm Wednesday 16th February and we invite all parents and carers to attend via Zoom. Zoom in and hear from Dr Parry, Mrs Denise Hayward (Head of Junior School) and Hannah Whittemore (Acting Head of Boarding) about the life of the school. We will be discussing the results of the recent Fundraising Survey and what the P&F have been up to since last year. Sign in via the link below.

The beginning of each term brings a plethora of communication from any school and we sincerely thank everyone who made time amidst it all to fill out the Fundraising Survey, the Year Group Contact List and a special thank you to those who made the effort to provide feedback. The P&F exist to represent the key stakeholders. It is not possible without the goodwill and energy of our parents and carers.
