Community COVID Vaccination Survey

Good afternoon,

The City of Whittlesea is piloting a survey to gain insight into attitudes to COVID-19 vaccination on behalf of the Department of Health and North Eastern Public Health Unit (NEPHU).

Could you please share the link with your school community, via your newsletters, websites, parent portals, etc – the more insight we can gather the better Council can target our messaging and actions towards helping our local COVcommunity get vaccinated.

You can find the survey, as well as links and resources on our Engage Whittlesea website. The survey closes on 10th February.
