Parents' Association

John XXIII College Parents' Association meetings are held every Term. We encourage all parents to come along to hear updates from our Parent Committees and College Leadership Team, and to vote on how our Parents' Association funds are spent. Our next meeting is at 7pm on Monday 9 August in the Thomas More Exhibition Centre.

 

The deadline for Term 3 funding submissions and agenda inclusions is 5pm this afternoon, Friday 30 July. All proposals submitted after this deadline will be considered at our Term 4 meeting.

 

All funding proposals eligible to be voted on at this Term’s Meeting will be publicised in the College Newsletter next Friday 6 August, along with a full meeting agenda. If your proposal is successful you will receive a confirmation email and an invitation to address the meeting.

 

We look forward to seeing all interested parents at our Term 3 meeting.
