Casual Dress Day - Term 2

On Tuesday 3 June the Term 2 Casual Dress Day was held to raise moneyfor the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS). They provide primary healthcare and emergency services to those that live, work and travel across the 7.60 million square kilometres of Australia. The RFDS is helping over 1000 people every day.

There was a bake sale that was held at recess in the Canteen Annex which ran successfully, and all money raised will be donated to the RFDS.

At lunchtime there were some fun activities that ran including Drama games with Ms Summers, VCE musical performances and a House Based paper plane competition.

We are very proud to have raised $1,919.15 for RFDS:

Junior School - $585.50

Middle School - $603.70

Senior School - $497.45

Bake Sale - $232.50

Thank you to all students and staff that supported the day.

Two of our wonderful Year 8 Geography students – Harry Lin and Doris Zhou - used the free dress day as an opportunity to dress up in traditional costume and point out their birthplace to their fellow students!
