All fundraising events organized by the PFA are only successful because of our wonder school community. Over the next 2 months, the PFA have 3 BIG EVENTS that we would appreciate your help with. The Father's Day Stall and the Art Show will need roughly 10 volunteers during school hours and also after hours. All helpers at these events require a Working With Children's Check which is FREE for volunteers. Visit https://www.workingwithchildren.vic.gov.au/
The Sunday Bunnings fundraiser is looking for 15 volunteers to serve customers, cook the BBQ and sauce some sausages. No experience, checks or certificates are required. Helpers who are unable to handle meat products are welcome to take payments only. Unfortunately, children are unable to volunteer but can encourage their parents to come buy a sausage.

Father's Day Stall: Thursday 1st - Friday 2nd September
It’s that time of year again! All gifts range from $1-$6, there are plenty of cool things available and it’s a great way to get those last minute gifts from the heart so you don't need to visit Kmart this weekend! The PFA helpers will be there to make sure all students get the chance to go home with something amazing. Don’t forget to bring a bag to store the awesome goodies.
If you're interested in helping set up on Wednesday, have a convincing way to sell stress balls or just want to help out during the second chance round then we would love to hear from you.
Art Show: Thursday 15 September from 3-6pm
The last Art Show was held in 2018 and the PFA is so excited to be supporting our wonderful Art Department at the upcoming show. Bring the whole family down for a whole lot of fun!
We will be serving delicious hot dogs, popcorn and drinks for you to enjoy while the students hunt down their artwork to share with you.
We also have a face painter who will be providing UV designs which will illuminate in the amazing GLOW ROOM! If you're available, we are looking for helpers during the event to serve food and also beforehand to help set up. Many hands make light work and we would like for all our volunteers to have the chance to explore the show with their own children.
Bunnings Hoppers Crossing Sausage Sizzle: Sunday 9th October 8am-4.30pm
We know how busy weekends can be as a parent which is why we like to get in early.
Our second Bunnings fundraiser will be held in the beginning of Term 4 and has the potential to earn almost triple the amount as our Werribee fundraiser.
