YEAR 7 

English

This term the Year 7s have been studying informative texts in English. They have created several different informative texts including instructional posters. 7A were asked to vote for the best poster. They based their decisions on what poster had the clearest layout and most information. The posters that won were created by Koby Thompson and Nick Riordan.

Year 7 Reptile Encounter incursion

On Tuesday, the Year 7s were treated to a science incursion. Sebastian from Reptile Encounters brought an assortment of animals and discussed classification. Students got to pat and hold a sugar glider, red-tailed black cockatoo, Eastern long-necked turtle, green tree frog, frilled-neck lizard, olive python and crocodile.
