The Sacrament of First Holy Communion

Congratulations to all the children on receiving the Sacrament of Holy Communion for the first time! It was a privilege and an honour to be part of your faith journey in your preparation lessons and I look forward to leading you in your next Sacrament of Confirmation.

The Sacrament of Reconciliation

The Sacrament of Reconciliation Program will commence (at the time of writing) in Term 4 Week 2. Once again I will be assisting with lessons in the Church. If you have questions about the program please contact the Parish Office directly:

Year 12 De La Salle HSC Students

Please keep the Year 12 students of De La Salle College Cronulla in your prayers as they prepare for the HSC.

May the Holy Spirit give them courage, wisdom and right judgement during this challenging time.

Gingerbread House Making Night

Wednesday 30th November 6.30pm - 8.30pm Keller Hall

Yes it is back on!

Parents and carers of Our Lady of Fatima School Caringbah are warmly invited to attend a Gingerbread House Making Night for the Season of Advent. We are getting ready for Christmas! This is an adult’s only event in Keller Hall on Wednesday 30th November from 6.30pm - 8.30 pm but home kits are available if you want to make it a family affair at home. To keep the cost down you are asked to BYO lollies to the event this year. And BYO refreshments although tea and coffee will be provided on the night.

I have 50 kits ordered so it is first in first served! Each kit costs $35 and includes the house kit, board, icing bag, ribbon, cellophane and a prayer card. Fill out the order form which will be sent to you via Compass in the first week of Term 4 and start buying your lollies!

Family Masses

Everyone is invited to the Family Masses!

Saturday 22 October at 5.30pm - Year 2 families are hosting.

Saturday 26 November at 5.30pm - Year 5 families are hosting with the future 2023 Kindy families.

These classes will be invited to take special roles in the Masses so watch out for an invitation next term.

Advent 2022

The Season of Advent begins on Sunday 27 November. This four week preparation period gets us ready for the Season of Christmas which begins on Christmas Day.

Friday Fatima Friends

We are having so much fun making new friends at Friday Fatima Friends. The Year 5 students are assisting with activities as they are keen to get to know their buddies for 2023. Please encourage any 2023 Kindy families to come along next term so they don’t miss out! Time: 9:05am - 9:45am in the OLF Mercy Library
