NSW Primary School Oztag Gala Day
Year 3-6 students from Our Lady of Fatima will be invited to participate in the NSW Primary School Oztag Gala Day.

Teams will be competing in year groups, not age divisions. The year divisions include:
- Year 3 and Year 4
- Year 5 and Year 6
Schools may submit a maximum of one team per division and gender. All teams have up to 8 on the field at once. A maximum of 12 players per team is allowed.
Please fill in the following expression of interest form if your child wishes to be considered to attend. In the event of more students expressing interest than the allocated number to attend the gala day, a school trial may be held to determine nominees.

Term 4 Swimming Program
Kindergarten to Year 5 will be participating in an intensive swimming program next term. Year 6 will complete the Surf Awareness program. Our swimming program is run by Neilson’s Swim School at Caringbah Leisure Centre. They provide qualified, experienced instructors who teach water safety and race readiness.
The swimming program is part of the school curriculum and is compulsory for all children. A Doctor’s Certificate is required for exclusion from this program. The intensive program will run for 5 days. Each lesson is 40 minutes. More details are available in Compass, where you can also give consent for your child to walk to and from the venue.
