The Mango Fundraiser

The mangoes on offer are Kensington Pride Mangoes.  They are packed in a single layer tray and each tray will usually have between 14 and 23 mangoes, (dependant on size) with a total tray weight of approximately 7kg.

The fruit is coming directly from the farm to you.  Your mangoes aren’t being held for long periods in storage or ripening rooms. Mangoes freeze well for use in smoothies.

Our school needs to meet a minimum order amount to place an order. Return the order form to indicate your interest, but do not send money with the order form.

Payment will be required once we confirm we can place our final order.

Feel free to order for friends, family, or on behalf of work/sporting clubs ect.

Expected delivery date is late November to mid-December. Pick up will be via school hall.

New  MEMBERS WELCOME

If you are interested in joining the Parents and Friends Committee, please feel free to come to any meetings or send us an email.

We are always on the look out for new members.  The committee is a fun way to meet new people and be a part of something special.  The events we have had so far... including but not limited to; Family Fun day, Italian day, Mother's Day stall, the school play concession stands, Father’s Day stall and raffles. None of this would be possible without our amazing volunteers.  If you are able to spare a helping hand, then please join us as a general member.  There is no pressure to be involved in every event, we are just looking for people who could spare some time to share in our vision and bring with them, fresh ideas and perspectives that will benefit the school and children.

The Father’s Day stall was a huge success. This is definitely something we will be making a permanent event at Holy Name going forward.  We managed to raise a little over $1000, so thank you to everyone who contributed their donations and time.  A special Thank you to Mariella Alessi from the P&F and her volunteer team, for all their hard work and making it happen.  Without whom this wouldn’t have been possible.

We have also raised $800 from the Fathers Day raffle!  Thank you for contributing - we hope the winning dads enjoy their gifts.  All the funds collected are going towards a well-being sensory space at the school.

TERM 3

We have Footy Colours Day coming up on the last day of the school term as the theme of our casual clothes gold coin donation day.

We are also excited to share that we would like to invite all our wonderful Holy Name mums out for the evening on October 22nd.  So please save the date!  More details to follow so look out for a post on class dojo soon.
