Extend OSHC News
Hello Everyone! (:
This week at before and after school care students enjoyed a variety of craft activities such as watercolour painting, hama beads, mindfulness, Lego building challenges and recycled resource craft. Students have really been enjoying art and craft this Term and are requesting we have painting once a week. We are also consistently adding new ideas and stencils to our Hama Beads box – these stencils and prompts are all related to the children's interests or requested by children.
On Friday we baked Banana Muffins and used a recipe sent to us by our pen Pals at Mount Waverley Heights Primary School. Students had a lot of fun measuring and mixing ingredients, we even followed our pen pal's handy tip – adding a drizzle of honey to our muffins just as they come out the oven – YUM!
If you have any suggestions or new ideas for before and after care let Bethany know or add it to our light-bulb display using a whiteboard marker!

The Superstar of the Week is...Lily Gerrand! Lily is the superstar of the week for being an exceptional helper at After Care, always volunteering to help set-up experiences and engaging others in activities and games. Lily also always walk into After Care with a smile on her face and a positive attitude. Well Done Lily!

Thursday 7th March PUPIL FREE DAY – Painting, board games, dancing, keeper of the keys, obstacle course and dodgeball.
Friday 8th March PUPIL FREE DAY – Music and mindfulness, board games, ball games, reading, silent ball, tennis, playground games and compost.
