Suzanne Cory High School is proud to present its second annual school play - Cosi!
The 2018 Theatre Studies class is hard at work to adapt Louis Nowra’s play for the school production. The play is set in 1970’s Melbourne and follows Lewis, a young man determined to prove himself in the world of theatre. After getting his first directing job, there is only one problem: his cast comprises of patients from a mental institution.
The characters endeavour to produce Mozart’s ‘Cosi Fan Tutte,’ but a three-hour-long opera, entirely in Italian, is as impossible to perform as it sounds. Needless to say, chaos ensues.
