Health Care Card CSEF Applications

If you are a Health Care Card holder, please ensure that you have applied for the 2019 Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund. You must reapply every year. To apply, please bring a copy of your signed Health Care Card to the office and complete the 2019 CSEF form.

College Photo Purchases

A reminder that the due date for College Photos is March 15th. Any orders after this date will incur a $20 late fee from MSP. You should have received your login details, as they were distributed to students before the College Photo Day. If you need a copy of your login details, please call the College Office.

Orders are made via www.msp.com.au

Fees

At HPSC we offer a range of different payment options for parents, including

- Cash

- EFTPOS

- Direct Debit Payment Plan via debit/credit card

- BPay (please contact the school for your BPAY details)

Student Absences

Please remember it is your responsibility to contact us to provide an explanation for your child's absence from school, and where possible, please inform us in advance of upcoming absences.
