Pre-loved Uniform Sale/Donations
Our upcoming Pre-loved Uniform sale will be held on Thursday 15 August in the Chapel and Performing Arts Centre foyer. The sale starts at 3.00pm and we will be there until 6.00pm as there are late night Parent Teacher Interviews that night. Exciting news - we NOW accept cards or cash!
If you have Aitken College uniform items at home that are no longer in use and are in wearable condition, we would love to have them. The Parents and Friends Association clean and iron the donated uniform items and re-sell them at our quarterly Pre-loved Uniform sales with all the funds going back to the Parents and Friends Association fundraising account. The items can be dropped off in our clothing bin near main Reception. Please remember that the items need to be in a wearable condition and we do not have a market for re-sale on Aitken College socks.
Fathers Day Breakfast
What would Fathers Day be without a dad joke:

We have been busy planning that very special event to celebrate all the hard working DADS out there. The day kicks off with a breakfast at 7.30am to 8.30am in the Food Studies Centre. Delicious egg and bacon rolls, tea and coffee and more goodies are available to purchase. Cash and card are accepted. So you can be certain not to miss out, please complete the booking form attached and return it to the Accounts office for catering purposes.
We are still looking for helpers for breakfast, cooking the BBQ or helping with clean up after, so if you can spare an hour or two please email pandf@aitkencollege.edu.au. We could really use help which is needed between 6.30am - 9.00am.
Fathers Day Stall
The stall is being held during the day for the Fairview and Cumberland students. Students will be taken by their teachers to the stall, where they can purchase gifts priced from $3.00 - $10.00. The stall will also be open during the lunchtime break for further purchases.
