Principal’s Message

Sacramental Program

Yesterday, six children received the sacrament of Eucharist for the first time at St Patrick's church.  Fr Anthony celebrated Mass and during his homily acknowledged how well prepared the children were by their teachers and families.  He explained how we, as Catholics are invited to celebrate the Eucharist each week and encouraged everyone to attend Mass regularly.  Special thanks to Mr Luke Paterson, Mr Michael Perkins, Mrs Jess Clery and Mrs Bearman, REC for supporting the students through this important step in their faith journey.

Thank you to Mrs Bearman for her efforts in supporting the teachers and children during the sacramental program.  This year has been considerably different with Covid-19 restrictions impacting on some of the parts of the sacraments as well as the celebrations afterwards.

Building Project

We are very excited about the last stage of the building project with work commencing on the new sports/maintenance shed as well as the multipurpose court.  There are restrictions on our playground area but by the time we start Term 4, we should have everything completed.  It will be fantastic to have state of the art contemporary learning spaces as well as new facilities offering us the opportunity to play a range of sports.

Have a wonderful week.

May God bless you,

Katie Hanes
