Wellbeing

Dear Families,

It has been wonderful having all students and staff back onsite this week and fully engaged in powerful learning.  For some parents this may mean home is offering the peace you have been praying for and for others it may be quieter than you'd like.  If you have found aspects of this time challenging, you're not alone.  Many Victorian's have been in similar circumstances with some not knowing who to turn to or what to do.

If you're looking to improve your wellbeing, Michael Carr Gregg, renowned psychologist, has suggestions which may help.

I'd like to take this opportunity to reiterate to all parents that every student's wellbeing is our priority, particularly during these challenging times. Should you have any concerns about your child's wellbeing please do not hesitate to get in touch with either your child's teacher or myself.

best wishes,
