Room 4
Health & PE Day Star
On Wednesday, 2nd September, we celebrated the Health & PE Day by completing Literacy and maths movement activities to earn house points.
Siham from Room 4 has beautifully completed ‘Star Jump Tally Challenge’ and ‘Move and Write’ from home and helped her house earn 4 points!
Best Healthy Lunchbox
While attending onsite, Ilhan brought with him a colourful healthy lunchbox with carrot, cucumber, strawberries, watermelon and rice!
He also enjoyed an active day at school.
Room 13
Term 3 has taken quite an unexpected turn for us all, but that hasn’t stopped the staff and students in Room 13!
We have been busy cooking and gardening at home and at school!
Students have also been sounding out the letters that make up our names!
We created our own ‘Curious Creatures’ for Book Week which was a lot of fun.
Room 22
What a time it has been in Room 22!
We have managed to have a few meetings online sharing jokes and talking about what we have been doing. Many students have been helping with household chores which is great to see and going for long walks. There have been a lot of benefits to learning from home.
We were also very sorry to hear that our friend Cephas cut his finger and had to be taken to hospital. He is well now and within 24 hours of being home was doing his school work! What dedication!
What follows is an account of a day in the life of Jei Jei and his mum Lydia. This is all Jei Jei's independent thoughts. Well Done!
