Saying farewell to our wonderful 2022 Yr 12s!!!

Your pens are down, You are done!! Congratulations.

In 2020 you entered your senior years, the year the world shut down, the year you learnt that schooling was much better done at school, and the year that connections and friendships helped you survive and stay sane.

In 2022, you leave Epping Secondary College with those deep connections and friendships forged throughout your high school years, friendships to sustain you and to carry you into the future, you leave with many memories, we hope more good than bad, and we trust that you leave with the knowledge that your teachers, your families, your friends, and your parents and guardians, all believe in you, and want only the very best for you.

We have known many of you since the very first time you walked through the gates of Epping, and some of you have come to our community at different stages, however watching you change and grow, and become the amazing, independent, assertive, and capable young adults that we see before us in this room has truly been an honour. 

We believe that each and every one of you has the power and the strength within yourselves to pursue your dreams, to realise your potential, and to find your success - whatever shape or form that takes. 

We would like to acknowledge the outstanding commitment of our amazing VCE teachers - thank you for getting our students here, and for the genuine care you provided for our students. Your incredible work and dedication always went way above and beyond the call of duty – our students are extremely lucky to have had you as teachers and we thank you.

We are extremely proud of our graduating class of 2022 - we wish you all that the world has to offer – we wish for you to know love, to know joy, to know peace, and to know how to live your life with purpose, meaning and achievement – so get out there and shake the world up. 

The future belongs to you, and it is your time to make your mark.
