Maker Faire

Maker Faire – Thursday 19th November

Izabela (7F), Nama (8A), Paxton (8A), and Theo (9G) attended their last event as Student Ambassadors and lead the Maker Faire at the Whittlesea Tech School. Each student played an integral role in demonstrating and explaining science and technology concepts to Grade Three and Four Students from Meadowglen Primary School.

The Ambassadors were able to build on their leadership, communication and demonstration skills. Inadvertently, they also came away from the Fair with a little more appreciation for primary school teachers!

Thank you Ambassadors for exhibiting such enthusiasm and dedication for the year-long program. Year Seven to Ten students who are interested in applying for the Student Ambassador position, keep your eyes open for 2023.
