THANK YOU LUNCH FOR WPS STAFF

The lunch for our staff went ahead without a hitch last Thursday and was enjoyed by all! 

We were overwhelmed by the generosity of our WPS families/carers when we put the call out for donations, thank you so much to everyone. The response we received clearly shows how much the staff are appreciated by our school community. Also thanks to Yellow Bird Café for cooking up all the orders and for Mark B (Ruby and Amelia’s Dad) for picking up the food on the day.  The teachers also enjoyed a very yummy dessert contributed by one of our past families, Llianne J (Blakes mum) who baked some amazing cheesecakes.  Thanks Llianne!

ICE CREAM FRIDAY

Each Friday afternoon until the end of the school year we will sell Choc-coated vanilla ice creams. See you at the Food Tech window at 3.30pm. 

Ice creams will be $2 each so bring along your money and bring in the weekend with a treat! 

TOASTIES TUESDAY

3 more weeks of toasties for 2022!  Next week the kids will be heading off to swimming at various times on the Tuesday but we will still make sure the kids have their toasties ready to eat for their classes allocated lunch time.  Bring your $2 on the day to order your toasties.  Thank you to Mickie (Jasper’s mum) for preparing the toasties every Tuesday. Also, thank you to Woolworths Prahran who donates the ingredients each week so that we can make the toasties.
