Design and Technology

The TAS Faculty would like to send a big thank you to Genevieve Bryant, 2020 Design and Technology student, for her recent presentation to our Year 12 2023 students. Genevieve's very successful Major Design Project (MDP) was chosen for the SHAPE Exhibition at The Powerhouse Museum in 2021. She was the recipient of the Powerhouse SHAPE Award for her innovative Major Design Project.

Genevieve’s presentation to our students focused on the Major Design Project. She provided an insight into the design process and how best to document this in a folio. She also gave an overview of her current studies in Design and Technology at Western Sydney University, sharing her design experiences and the range of resources available.

We feel very fortunate to have our talented students return to assist our current cohort and are excited to see the evolution of the projects from our new class of designers.
