We need your help!

Written By Alan, Iclal and Anna on November 8th, 2022

As most of you saw in this week's assembly, we are immensely close to achieving our goal of filling our HI-5 container to 100%. Although we are remarkably close, we are not one hundred percent there yet, that is why we need your help to fill the container entirely.

But what is the Hi-5 container? If you are not a student at Albanvale Primary School reading this, but rather a parent, this paragraph will inform you of everything you need to know. A Hi-5 card is awarded to a student everytime they demonstrate Respect, Collaboration, and Responsibility at school. Using these Hi-5 cards, students can buy items at the Hi-5 shop which our young leaders support with. The Hi-5 cards spent at the shop get placed into the Hi-5 container during our whole school assembly. The more the Hi-5’s fill the jar, the closer the school gets to our agreed reward of a free barbeque lunch.

We are so close, but need your help over the next few weeks to achieve our goal of 100%.

Tips on how we can recieve more HI-5 Cards:

This week we have highlighted two values form our school values matrix that will support us in recieving more Hi-5 Cards, so remember to:

  • Demonstrate the school value of respect by walking in the quiet area at all times and talking respectfully amongst your peers.
