2022 ADPSC Gala Day Cancelled
As per the Compass notification/email sent out last Friday, the annual ADPSC Gala Day has been cancelled for 2022. Due to the frequent recent flooding of the Gipps Street playing fields, and many schools unable to attend due to flooding, the very tough decision was made. If your child was due to attend, the $5 fee will be deposited to your child's school fees. Thank you for your patience and understanding with this matter.
SOCCER PLAYERS: PLEASE RETURN THE ST EDWARD'S REPRESENTATIVE SHIRT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
St Edward's Basketball
Basketball reminders:
• Every team is to have a bench person to bench their game.
• The player/coach seats are for players and coaches only and not spectators
• Area around score bench is to be kept clear, it is for scorers only.
• Players arriving prior to warming up etc., please make sure that each player is in the
team list with correct number on the tablets.
Athletics
Registrations are now open 3yrs-17yrs Tamworth Athletics Friday afternoon. Season starts 14th October. Walk, run, roll, jump or throw. The choice is yours. Consider joining us for fun and fitness this Summer.
Dungowan Football Club
We had a number of students participate in the 2022 rugby league season for Dungowan Football Club. Congratulations to Xavier who had his first season playing rugby league for Dungowan in the under 6's. Xavier received two team trophies, as well as being awarded the Coaches Award for 2022. The boys had a great season (with many washed out games) but are looking forward to next season!!
Sport and School Activity Levy
Just a little reminder to pay the Sport and School Activity Levy if you haven't already done so. This levy covers buses to and from the Primary Campus, to and from sporting events, gymnastics, tennis and the hire of both the swimming pool and athletics track. Please check on your Compass portal whether this needs to be updated.

Armidale Diocesan Primary Sports Council
The Armidale Diocesan Primary Sports Council is a body representative of the Catholic Education Office, Principals and Sports Coordinators from all Diocesan Primary Schools. The ADPSC offers a pathway for Armidale Diocesan students in most sports.
