Upcoming road works 

Notification of road resurfacing and associated works on Mooro Drive

Please be informed that WCP Civil will be carrying out the above-mentioned works on behalf of the City of Nedlands.

Road re-surfacing and associated works will commence at Mooro Drive – from Norfolk Rise to John XXIII Ave from Monday, 13 December 2021. 

The works will include:

• Demolition of kerb, footpath, aprons & crossovers
• Drainage works
• Profiling of existing road
• New kerb and footpaths
• Reinstate aprons and crossover accommodation works
• Asphalt re-surfacing
• Temporary Linemarking

The works should be completed by early February; however, this is dependent on the weather and resources.

During school terms: - 9:00am to 2:30pm 

School holidays: - 7:00am to 7:00pm

Please note that some preparatory works may need to be undertaken outside of these times and dates such as service locating, survey set out, retic capping etc.

Road closures will be installed with detours positioned around the work site. Local traffic will continue to have access whilst the closures are in place, on-site traffic controllers will provide assistance as required.

Please ensure that you test your reticulation system and report any faults to the City within two weeks of the works being completed. After this period the City cannot be held responsible for repairs.
