North Ringwood Cricket Club - Junior Girls’ Cricket Program

The North Ringwood Cricket Club is looking for players to join our Junior all-female competitive teams for the 2021/2022 season. Team allocations are skill-based rather than age-based, with options for beginners and more experienced players. All girls aged 9-16 years old welcome.

North Ringwood Junior Cricket Club provides an established and highly regarded girls cricket training program and environment. Being a feeder to the Ringwood Cricket Club (Premier League Club), there are excellent pathways for those who wish to then go on and pursue a higher level of cricket. This season, members of the Ringwood Women’s Cricket Team, will be assisting with coaching and training. This is a great opportunity for any girl wanting to play cricket.

Please consider joining our club. We have a friendly and enthusiastic girls’ cricket squad who are keen to welcome new members. We are excited about our girls’ cricket program and would love to see as many girls as possible enjoying the game. With many girls missing out on playing sport over winter, it will be great to see them get outdoors being active again and making new friendships.

Training will start in mid-late August (indoors) – come along and try out a session if you like! Outdoor training from mid-September and competition from early October (dates TBC). Games are played on Sunday mornings.

North Ringwood Bulls Registrations- Season 2021/2022

Initial registrations for new and existing players are being processed online through the North Ringwood Cricket Club website www.northringwoodcc.vic.cricket.com.au Click on the Juniors tab, then ‘registration’, enter ‘North Ringwood Cricket Club’, then select ‘Girls phase 2’ in the Junior club cricket section. Here you will only pay the required $5 insurance fee. No other fees are payable.

All new players receive a FREE club cap and playing shirt. Once registered, new players should contact Eryn Sund at nrjccuniform@gmail.com to organise their playing cap and to order a personalised playing shirt, as should any existing players requiring a new personalised playing shirt. Due to the current environment orders are expected to take 6 weeks, so please do this as soon as you register.
