RELIGIOUS EDUCATION

This Friday at 10:00am, students and teachers will be celebrating our whole school's End of Year Mass at St Mary’s. Due to the restrictions in place, it is unfortunate that families and the wider school community will not be able to attend this event. Fr Michael will be officiating our End of Year Mass with the support of our Year Six students.

As we enter the second week of Advent let us acknowledge the lighting of a candle as a simple yet profound act. It is a testimony to the power of light over darkness. As we light this second candle of Advent, we continue our journey to Christmas. The second candle of Advent is called the Peace candle; as we anticipate Christmas, let us remember the birth of the Prince of Peace.

Go gently and peacefully as we prepare and wait for Christmas Day to arrive.
