Alphington Twilight Series – Thursday Evenings

Melbourne Farmers Markets want to make the most of all the outdoor space at their Alphington home, so they are hosting the Alphington Twilight Series!

 

Come on down to 2 Wingrove St, Alphington on Thursday evenings through to 23rd December and enjoy a great selection of sweet & savoury food, live music, plus an excellent bar showcasing Victorian beer, wine & cider. 

  • When: Thursdays through to Christmas
  • Gates open 5 - 8.30pm
  • Entry by $2 donation (card only).

Made In Rezza – Applications Open!

Calling Rezza Creatives – applications are now open for Made In Rezza. 

 

Open to artists, curators or creative professionals living or working in Reservoir, the program is open to visual artists, designers, crafters, performers, musicians, dancers, filmmakers, writers, curators and food and beverage makers—and everyone in between.

 

Made In Rezza is offering 15 x $3000 commissions of new works to be created and shown in Reservoir shopfronts as part of FUSE Autumn 2022.

Darebin Community Awards: – Call for Nominations

Nominations are sought for individuals and groups who have made an outstanding contribution to the Darebin community. These awards acknowledge the amazing community work that has been done to make a difference in Darebin.

 

Please nominate your ‘local heroes’ and help us celebrate their contribution across the following categories: 

  • Citizen of the Year 
  • Young Citizen of the Year 
  • Community Group of the Year 
  • Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Community Leader of the Year 
  • Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Emerging Young Community Leader of the Year 
  • Sustainability Award 
  • Lifetime Achievement Award
  • CALD Elder Community Leader of the Year
  • CALD Emerging Community Leader of the Year
