Congratulations Devayani M for receiving an award for Chinese Language and presented by the Chinese Language Teacher's Association of South Australia.
A big congratulations to our Aboriginal students at Magill School who have been awarded a Minister for Education Award for their Acknowledgment of Country Project this year. The Certificate of Achievement Award was granted in outstanding achievement in any endeavour.
The students collaboratively embarked on a campaign of awareness, beginning in 2020, to highlight the importance of Aboriginal land ownership and occupancy. More specifically, students wanted to acknowledge and recognise that Magill School is situated on Kaurna Land/Country and share this with the whole school community.
